QUESTIONS
Q. When can I buy some shrimp? A. Shrimp will be
available from our first project after June 2008.
All of our shrimp prior to June 2008 were produced
at cooperative research facilities. They are already
in the production tanks at Beaver Dam. All of our
shrimp produced to date have been at research
facilities.
Q. How can I order shrimp? A.

Q. Are the shrimp frozen? A.
All shrimp are
produced locally and delivered fresh on ice. Our
shrimp are sold fresh with heads-on and not frozen
at our facilities.
Q. Can I tour your facilities? A.
Unfortunately, with the bio-security requirements of
our system, we are not able to provide tours to the
public.
Q. Are your shrimp certified organic. A. The
USDA has not yet established organic standards for
aquaculture. These may be established by late 2008.
Magnolia plans to incorporate these once they are
clearly defined.
